This question asks:
Will the S&P 500 close higher in 2020 than 2019?
This question resolves positively in the event that the value of the S&P 500 index is greater than 3,230.78 points, and resolves negatively if the index value is equal to or lower than 3,230.78 points in the last day close of 2020.
