US unemployment above 5% through Nov 2021

Question

In 2020, following the COVID-19 pandemic the unemployment rate spiked to 14.8%. Since then the unemployment rate has declined, finishing the year around 6.7%. This is still much higher than the rate pre-pandemic of 3.5%.

Will the US unemployment rate stay above 5% through November 2021?

The question will resolve based on US Bureau of Labor Statistics data. This question will resolve positive if the months Jan-Nov (inclusive) are >= 5.0 for Civilian Labour Force Unemployment rate. Currently Dec-20 is 6.7 as of Jan-21. This question should resolve on the basis of BLS's November Employment Situation, released in early December. Historical values can be viewed here.
