    Following the full approval of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine by FDA for 16 years and older, there has been a marginal increase in the number of first doses administered in Virginia. Further, with the recent emergency use authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for children 5 through 11 years of age, first dose vaccinations are expected to go up in the coming weeks leading up to the holidays.

    As of November 9th, 2021, 74.6% of the population of Virginia is vaccinated with at least one dose.

    What will be the percentage of the population vaccinated with at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Virginia on December 31st, 2021?

    The question will be resolved using the % of the population vaccinated with at least one dose as of December 31st, 2021 from the Summary tab of COVID-19 Vaccine Dashboard maintained by the Virginia Department of Health.
