This question will resolve as the border crossings from Ukraine to neighboring countries from February 24, 2022 to January 1, 2023, according to UNHCR.
Note that border crossings from Ukraine to the Russian Federation from the Donetsk and Luhansk regions between 18 and 23 February will not be counted as part of this resolution.
