SBF Prison Sentence Length

Question

Sam Bankman-Fried, or SBF, is the founder and former CEO of FTX, a cryptocurrency exchange. As of Saturday November 12th 2022, FTX, and all related FTX projects have erupted in chaos as FTX and FTX US declared bankruptcy, and the leadership of his FTX Future Fund charity resigned, stating:

We are now unable to perform our work or process grants, and we have fundamental questions about the legitimacy and integrity of the business operations that were funding the FTX Foundation and the Future Fund.

How many months in prison will Sam Bankman-Fried be sentenced to before 2026?

This question will resolve as the total number of months to which Sam Bankman-Fried has been sentenced to serve consecutively by any competent court, before January 1st, 2026. Any appeals that change the length of a previously assigned sentence will be factored in according to the status of the sentence as of resolution time; overturned sentences will not count. If Sam Bankman-Fried is not so sentenced, or all such sentences are overturned, or they total less than two months consecutively, then this question will resolve as "<". If the total sentence exceeds the upper bound, including life sentences, then this question will resolve as ">".
