If Trump loses the election in 2020, will he maintain that he is still the president on January 21st 2021?

Question

Assume that a candidate other than Donald Trump wins the 2020 US Presidential election, meaning that either they recieve at least 270 votes in the electoral college, or that no candidate does and they win the election held in the House of Representatives for the Presidency. This question resolves positively if at least five reliable media outlets report that Trump maintains that he is still the president of the United States as of January 21st 2021. Otherwise, this question resolves negatively.

If Trump wins the election, this question resolves ambiguously.
