Humanity's capacity for healthcare demand is nigh on infinite. Other than in a post-scarcity utopia, I have a hard time imagining physicians themselves being replaced. I expect the need for legal accountability to play a role here, too, as well as the high stakes and mere physical complexity of interacting with the human body in various contexts.

The most important factor that makes me think that not much will change here is that, even though it's a white-collar job likely to be heavily influenced by AI, I think people will still highly value human interaction and accountability.
